Product details:

This tester conforms to the standard requirement of VDE0620 ,IEC68-2-32,BS1363.1,EN50075,UL60730. it is used to check the drop resistance of electrical accessories. The falling times can be preset. The device stops working automatically when the preset times are reached.

Operation steps:

1.Set the number of drop, it will immediate effect after reset. User needs to press the reset button when change setting value of the drop times each time, otherwise, the counter will according to the original setting value to work.
2. Need to close the door after the specimen is put inside.
3.Press the "Start" button and start the test.
4.The test machine will stop working when achieve to the setting value,press the “Reset”button to eliminate the sound alarm.
5. Take out the sample, and judge the test results.
Note: The power supply of this machine is single phase 220V ±10%, 50HZ, the voltage should be guaranteed within the specified range, otherwise it will affect the rotating speed of the barrel (and will damage the motor).

Notice:

When the box body is stopped in the inclined position, re-start the testing machine, make it stop when the box goes to the proper position, so that not to damage the machine transmission parts.
