Test principles The process of the test of pollutant release with the environmental chamber can be summarized as: putting materials and products or their samples in the test chamber, and adjusting environmental conditions such as temperature in the chamber,relative- ly humidity and air exchange rate;sampling at the exhaust port or the inside of the environmental chamber;adopting appropriate methods to analyze gas samples and identify major pollutants and the changes in their concentration with the time;then confirm the release rate and release properties of materials and products according to the measured concentration.

• The test equipment satisfies ISO 12219-2011 Enviromental Protection Industry Standard of People’s Republic of China. • Background of the test chamber is controlled with Ventilation Method and internal circulation. • The customer provides other accessories and instruments for detecting voc,while the supplier coordinates with the installation of sampling aperture.

Technical Parameters:
• Scheme A of background processing properties: 0.02g of toluic aldehyde is placed in the chamber.After it has released completely,the test chamber is operated in accordance with the standard stipulation of HJ/T400-2007methods for sampling and detecting volatile organic compounds as well as Aldehydes and Ketones inside the vehicle.20 minutes later,air in the chamber is sampled,and the background value of toluic aldehyde in the chamber should be smaller than 20μg/m³. • End user(customer) should self-prepare the power: AC 380V,3 phases 5 wires,50Hz • End user(customer) consider the dimension of internal chamber,the space the equipment takes up,the outfall of the equipment system,waste gas discharging and tap water or pure water. |
