The installation environment must be dust-free; lubricate the O-ring with clean machine oil before installation to prevent oil leakage; ensure the O-ring is installed correctly.

This is common due to air trapped in the high-pressure oil rail. Cycle the engine in short bursts (no more than 30 seconds) to purge air. It may take several attempts to stabilize pressure.

Cylinder Cut-out Test: Using diagnostic software (ET), shut off cylinders one by one and observe engine speed fluctuations.
