Product Testing Steps

Step 1: Measure the following temperatures and wind speeds:

T1: Air temperature in front of hydraulic oil radiator (°C)

T2: Air temperature behind antifreeze radiator (°C)

T3: Wind speed in front of hydraulic oil radiator (km/h)

T4: Wind speed behind antifreeze radiator (km/h)

T5: Coolant temperature at engine outlet (°C)

T6: Engine water inlet coolant temperature (°C)

T7: Oil temperature at oil inlet of diffuser pipe (°C)

T8: Oil temperature at oil outlet of distribution pipe (°C)

Step 2: Transmit data to a connected data acquisition device.

Step 3: Test engine heat dissipation performance using ABT indicator. Normal performance is indicated if ABT is not less than 50°C.
