Product Testing Steps

Mainly tests the fuel injection and oil return conditions of the oil nozzle;

1.Place the injector to be tested into a special injector pressure tester for testing;
2.Turn on the test switch;
3.Data begins to appear on the pressure tester screen;
4.The data will continue to change, and the data will be stable after the test is completed;
5.Based on the test data, refer to the test parameters of different types of injectors. The main parameters are: Full load fuel injection quantity; oil return quantity; idle fuel injection quantity; pre-injection quantity; starting injection quantity. To determine whether the injector is normal. The following takes the 3412E injector test parameters as an example:
