The FCMN is a robust compression load cell with built-in amplifier,
designed for accurate and stable force measurement in a wide range
of industrial applications. Manufactured from high-quality
stainless steel, it delivers excellent durability and corrosion
resistance, ensuring reliable performance even in harsh
environments. As a compact pancake load cell, it is available in
rated capacities of 500 kg, 1000 kg, 2000 kg, 3000 kg, and 5000 kg,
making it suitable for diverse force monitoring and testing
requirements across automation, material testing, and process
control systems.
Featuring an integrated signal conditioning circuit, this load cell
with built-in amplifier operates on a 12–24 V DC power supply and
provides standard analog outputs such as 0–5 V, 0–10 V, and 4–20
mA. These outputs allow direct connection to PLCs, controllers, and
data acquisition systems without additional signal processing,
simplifying installation and system design. The central M16×1.5
threaded hole ensures precise load application when compression
forces are applied vertically, improving measurement accuracy and
repeatability. With its compact structure and easy integration, the
