Miniature Tension And Compression Load Cell FSXA offers a compact design for a variety of applications. the S Beam Load Cell series provides accuracy, compact design features, miniature s type load cell FSXA offers 100N / 200N / 500N / 1000N / 1500N five rated capacities to choose from.The bidirectional force sensor FSXA utilizes metal foil strain gauge technology to deliver 2.0mV/V output with maximum 0.2% non-linearity of the full scale. The compact design enables S-beam load cell FSXA to be easily embedded into machinery or test equipment – ideal for packaging machinery, assembly machinery or end-of-line test equipment. Force transducer FSXA features an M4 threaded hole on each side of the loadcell for the mounting of attachments or implements, model FSXA can be used for both traction and compression force measurement in applications with limited mounting space.

Instruction of load cell output:

Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Miniature Tension Compression Sensor FSXA is around 2.0mV/V.
Power supply of Push Pull Force Sensor FSXA is normally within 3-12V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of S-beam Force Sensor FSXA is normally within -24mV...+24mV for tension/compression force measurement.
Example: Miniature Jr S-beam Load Cell FSXA-500N with 2.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC,the output range is -10mV...+10mV.

A signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.

Example: Mini tension compression load cell FSXA-200N working with -10-10V amplifier,the Force-Voltage relationship will be 0-200N compression load VS 0-10V output, 0-200N tension load VS 0-(-10V) output, when you get 5V output,it means the current load is 100N compression force, when you get -1V output, it means the current load is 20N tension force,and so on.
