S-beam Compression And Traction Load Cell FSRT is a compact
stainless steel load cell suitable for both traction and
compression load measurement. S Type Traction Compression Force
Sensor FSRT offers 0-5kN / 0-10kN / 0-20kN / 0-30kN / 0-40kN /
0-50kN / 0-60kN / 0-75kN eight measuring ranges to choose from.
Unified 2.0mV/V output, high accuracy with 0.02% combined error of
the rated capacity.Ideal for harsh environments, it’s fully welded
stainless steel and sealed to IP68. Suitable for asphalt, concrete,
and aggregate batching plants. Other popular uses include power
line tensioning, underground cable pulling and hanging tanks,
hopper scales.
A force sensor is used to determine force: The force exerted by the
sample is converted into an electrical signal by the force
transducer. Force sensors are therefore the most important
components of an force measuring/control device. One of the most
widely used technologies is based on strain gauge technology: an
analog force sensor consists of a measuring element (so-called
spring body) made of steel or aluminum, on which strain gauges
(Wheatstone bridge) are mounted, strain gauges are electrical
resistors that change their resistance while loaded, these
resistance change leads to the change of output signal, the force
then can be measured and evaluated by measuring the output signal
from the wheatstone bridge.Compression And Traction Force Sensor
FSRT is designed to measure both tension and compression
force,outputs millivolt signal ranging -30mV...+30mV, and signal
amplification may be required for most applications, a load cell
signal conditioner can be used to get -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA signal
which is proportional to applied force.The amplified output is can
be easily processed by PLCs and data acquisition software.The
applied force can be displayed through a force indicator,force
indicator FPT is integrated with high accuracy/low noise 24 bit
Sigma-Delta ADC,sampling speed up to 960Hz makes it suitable for
both static and dynamic measurement;FPT also supports Modbus RTU
protocol with RS485 or RS232 communication port,amplified signal
0-5V,0-10V,0-20mV or 4-20mA is also achievable from FPT.
