Miniature Compression And Traction Load Cell FSKA is made of
stainless steel based on metal foil strain gauge technology
intended for both tension and compression force measurement.
Miniature Traction Compression Force Sensor FSKA offers 5kg / 10kg
/ 20kg / 50kg / 100kg / 200kg six rated capacities with maximum
0.1% non-linearity of the full scale. M8 threaded holes located on
both ends can be used to mount attachments like load button, eye
bolts, hooks to fit different applications. 35x25x12mm compact
design makes compression traction force transducer FSKA a perfect
option for force measurement applications with limited mounting
space. Push and Pull Load Cell FSKA can also be modified or
customized as per request.
A Force Sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical load into
mV signal proportional to the applied force.The acting force causes
deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms
accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the
wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal
between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the
load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the
transducer.
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of compression and traction force sensor FSKA is
normally around 2.0mV/V.
Power supply of push and pull load cell FSKA is normally within
3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of traction compression load cell FSKA is
normally within -30mV...+30mV.
Example: Traction Compression Force Sensor FSKA-500N with
2.0mV/V rated output powered by 5V DC,the output range is
-10mV...+10mV.
A signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver
-5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example: FSKA-200N working with -10-10V amplifier,the Force-Voltage
relationship will be 0-200N compression load VS 0-10V output,
0-200N tension load VS 0-(-10V) output,when you get 5V output,it
means the current load is 100N compression force,when you get -1V
output,it means the current load is 20N traction force,and so on.
