Precision Low Range Single Point Load Cell FNA is a strain gauge
based weight sensor which offers 0-300g / 0-600g / 0-1000g /
0-1500g / 0-3000g five measuring ranges to choose from. High
accuracy weighing sensor FNA delivers maximum 0.02% non-linearity
of the full capacity. Low capacity load cell FNA is corner trimmed
for platform sizes up to 150x150mm which makes it suitable for
off-center load measurement. Weight Transducer FNA delivers stable
performance within the declared working temperature range thanks to
its temperature compensation process. You may find Weighing Sensor
FNA suitable for applications such as weighing balance, packaging
machines, counting scales, feeding machines and so on.

A weight sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical load into
electrical signal which is proportional to the load being
applied.The measured load or force causes deformation of the
measuring element(elastic body),the bonded strain gauge deforms
accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the
wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal
between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally, thus the
load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the
load cell which is normally within 0-30mV for low range load cell
FNA. Overloading is the most common cause of loadcell failure, a
load sensor is just like a spring in certain aspects, which will be
damaged if overstretched or overloaded. A machanical stop(refer to
below picture) can be used to protect the sensor from excessive
deformation. The deformation gap can be determined by loading the
sensor with rated capacity, then adjust the meachnical stop to
reach the bottom of the transducer. In most cases, the load cell
will be used to measure load at 40-80% of the full capacity, thus
the deformation gap can be adjusted using reference load a bit
higher than the target load to be measured instead of the rated
capacity.
