Product Specification:

Application:  This machine is used for coarse grinding directly wood chips, bamboo chips, cotton stalk, wood shaving, sliver, waste of flax, lop wood, shrub, palm kernel shell ans so on. The machine ca grind the material into celour shaped fiber, and can work with high consistency grinder to get high yield mechanical pulp, for the purpose of producing writting paper, electrostatic printing raw paper, package paper, corrugated paper, boxboard and so on.

If using this equipment before the cooking the ball load can be increased, but both cooking time and te use of chemicals can be reduced(only a quarterof traditional dosage). Moreover, if to soak the material with hot water and ass a little chemical without steam cooking, then plus the join hands of high consistency grinder and refiner, the high yield chemi-mechanical pulp can be obtained directly from the system.

Features:  Only a small amount of chemicals will be needed to be used in the production of thie machine which means the requirement of environment protection.
