● iqualitrol 420HRS-150 apply electronic loading, closed-loop control of test force;

● Clear and intuitive display, stable and reliable performance;

 

● Adopting ARM high-speed processor, 8-inch LCD touch screen, easy interface operation;

● Can display the current test scale, test force, dwell time, hardness conversion value, indenter type, etc.;

 

● Automatic loading, dwell and unloading of test forces;

● Automatic test force compensation, high force value accuracy; convex hardness value can be automatically corrected;

 

● With software calibration function; dynamic display of displacement-force curve during the test process, easy to observe and analyze;

● The upper and lower limits of the test hardness can be set, and the buzzer automatically prompts when the hardness exceeds the limit;

 

● The uniquely designed lead screw self-locking mechanism automatically locks the lead screw and handwheel after the preload is applied in place, and automatically applies the test force, eliminating human errors and improving measurement accuracy;

 

● 420HRS-150 has 15 Rockwell hardness scales; support hardness value conversion;
