● Cast iron casing, solid structure, good rigidity, reliable, durable, high test efficiency; ● 7-inch LCD touch screen; the indentation image, test force, indentation length, holding time, number of measurements, hardness value, etc. are displayed on the computer, which is easy to operate;
● The test process is automated, the operation is simple, and there is no human error; ● 13 test scales; 11 test forces, force range: 31.25kgf-3000kgf;
● With database storage data function, test data is stored synchronously and can be exported; ● Equipped with USB and RS232 interfaces, it is convenient for users to process data;
● Adopt CCD image measurement technology, automatically capture indentation, automatically measure indentation diameter, automatically display hardness value and can generate report;
● Through RS232 interface and data cable, it is connected with integrated touch screen industrial computer to control various actions of hardness tester on computer, including: lifting and lowering of screw rod, selection and application of test force, switching of indenter and objective lens, setting of holding time, etc.; test report can be output and printed in Word or Excel format;
● Accuracy meets GB/T231.2, ISO6506-2 and American ASTM E10.
