Iqualitrol HVS-5/10/30/50AEHY digital display automatic turret
Vickers hardness tester, using high-speed ARM processor, intuitive
display, friendly human-computer interaction, easy operation;
The fuselage is made of high-quality cast iron for one-time
casting, combined with the car paint treatment process, the shape
is round and beautiful;
Closed-loop electric charging is adopted, with overload and
over-position automatic protection functions; the test process is
automated, and there is no human error in operation;
Equipped with automatic turret function, high-resolution
measurement and observation objective lens, combined with
high-definition digital micrometer eyepiece with built-in length
encoder, it realizes one-key measurement of indentation diagonal
line, eliminating human operation interference and reading errors;
Convenient operating system, which can automatically convert the
unit of the full hardness scale;
The maximum and minimum values of the hardness value can be set,
and when the test value exceeds the set range, an alarm will sound;
Optional CCD image processing system, and optional Knoop indenter
for Knoop hardness measurement;
Configure a wireless bluetooth printer, and output data through
RS232 and USB interfaces;
The precision complies with GB/T4340.2-2018 ISO6507-2 and American
ASTM E384.
