Application:

When there is a fire around the products, should ensure that it will not to cause the spread of the fire, horizontal-vertical burning test simulates electronic products around the environment in the early condition, using the simulation technology to assess the fire risk.

The test equipment apply to the electrical and electronic product components of household appliances, spare parts and components, such as: household appliances insulation shell, Panel switches, printed circuit boards and insulation materials and so on.

Brief Introduction:

This Horizontal Vertical Flammability Tester Vertical Horizontal Burning Tester is suitable for measuring and evaluating the combustion characteristics of plastic materials.

It was designed and made based on the America UL94standard the combustion characteristics’ testing of plastic materials used for device and equipment parts. It tests the horizontal and straight combustion characteristics of plastic parts used for device and equipment, and equipped with gas flow meter to adjust size of flame. It use motor driving mode to make the operation easy and safe.

The Horizontal Vertical Flammability Tester Vertical Horizontal Burning Tester use PLC + colorized LCD touch screen or LCD meter to control, with fine and easy understanding operation interface and testing data printer, can print the testing conditions and result, which is convenient to record the testing results. The table size has several specifications like 0.5, 0.75, and 1 cubic meter.

The special size can be customer-made, you can choose touch screen control or touch tone control.
