Our machines are used to roll all kinds of ice cream cones, wafer cones, sugar cones, egg rolls and other cookies; we can change the mold to produce different shapes of cones and cookies.

The machine consists of a 200 x 240 mm baking pan made of high quality ductile iron. Each baking pan can be made into two cone plates. This machine is suitable for making flat sugar cones less than 180 mm in length. Taper, weight, thickness and pattern spacing can be customized according to customer requirements. The machine is driven by three-phase power supply, the oven is heated by gas (natural gas or liquefied gas), electric heating and ignition, and the oven temperature is displayed electronically. The production capacity is very strong, and it is fully automatic from spraying, baking, forming, falling mold, conveying products, stacking and counting.

Automatic ice cream cone baking oven, equipped with touch screen, programmed by Siemens. PLC software, this equipment is used to generate heat from natural gas to make ice cream cones.
The machine is easy to operate, has automatic temperature control and lighting to complete the baking process.
It takes only 2 minutes from filling with flour batter to getting an ice cream cone in a single process.
