The machine consists of 200*240 mm baking pans made of high quality ductile iron. Each baking pan can be made into two cone plates. This machine is suitable for making flat sugar cones with length less than 180mm. Taper, weight, thickness and pattern spacing can be customized according to customers' requirements. The machine is driven by three-phase power supply, the oven is heated by gas (natural gas or liquefied gas), electric heating and ignition, and the oven temperature is displayed electronically. The production capacity is very high and is fully automatic from spraying batter, baking, forming, coming off from the mold, conveying products, stacking and counting.
