Dumbbell Product Process

The production process of the dumbbell includes the following steps

1. selecting raw materials which comprise pig iron and natural rubber.

2. manufacturing a model of the dumbbell.

3. melting the pig iron in a high temperature, and casting the melted

pig iron on the model.

4. cooling and obtaining a semi-finished product.

5. polishing the semi-finished product, and obtaining a smooth dumbbell.

6. smashing, heating and melting the natural rubber, pouring the melted

natural rubber into the outer shell to conduct extrusion forming,

and obtaining the outer shell of the dumbbell.

7. nesting the smooth dumbbell into the outer shell of the dumbbell,
