The hot air self-adhesive wire is the self-adhesive effect of the
product coil by blowing hot air during the winding process. The
temperature of the hot air is determined according to different
paint films, winding speeds, wire diameters and other factors.
There are differences. For example, the general paint film needs
about 200 to 300 degrees, and the special enameled wire may need
700 to 800 degrees. We must fully consider the relevant parameters
of the enameled wire when configuring the hot air gun and setting
the temperature.
