The conductor is the basic material of the enameled wire. Commonly
used materials for conductors are copper, aluminum and other alloy
materials. Usually the resistance in an electronic component is
determined by the conductor. The cross-sectional area and length of
the conductor affect the resistance.The type of insulating film:
The insulating film is divided into single film and heavy film.
Single film includes UEW, PEW, EIWHE AIW etc. Heavy film refers to
an additional coating of nylon or self-adhesive paint on a single
film.Magnet wire has excellent mechanical, electrical and chemical
performance, especially in high current output, heat resistance
andcorrosion resisitance.t is mainly used in high-voltage transformers, electric machines,
generator, etc. A special type of enamelled wire is self bonding or adelaide
enameleld wire.
