open IC card, which is easily affected with the environment, need
to be protected and will creates extra expense and inconvenience.
Therefore, Radarking designs a kind of prepaid electronic meter
with contact-less RF technology, that is, the purchased credit is
access into the meter through contact-less IC card, the unit price
of kWh can be set in card, and the meter will deduct the credit
based on each 0.01kWh, when the tariff is changed, the management
system will reset the card to change the unit price of the meter,so
that the meter can deduct the credit with the adjustment of the
unit price to reduce the consumption of power company.

Main Features: - 1. It adopts logic encrypted IC card as user electricity purchasing
card, the meter works after the prepayment.
2. One card just for one meter, fake card is completely avoided.
3. Automatic power off when overload, also can prevent the error
overload when the load restart
4. Display by both mechanical calculating device and numeral tube.
5. Two alarm grade to remind purchasing electricity.
6. The forward and opposite direction active power can be measured
accurately
7. Compute the amount of electricity normally in the absence of the
phase
8. Embedded large power latching bi-stable relay is used to cut off
power supply directly.(except 1.5(6) A ), low power consumption,
high reliability.
9. The electricity is not used for 6 days, energy meter send the
power cut off signal.
10. It has the functions of failure checkup, anti-stealing electric
power and meter record.
11. The electricity purchasing card writes back the information of
user's power consumption automatically.
12. It can display the operation situation of energy meter every 10
seconds, including current power consumption information, remaining
capacity, power cutoff information and error information.
13. The pulse indicator light imitates the traditional energy
meter's turn plate to indicate the status of meter.
14. The 1.5(6)A meter has switch out indicator light to indicate
the meter has sent power cutoff signal and relay K1 action, the
external breaker cutoff the power supply. The other meter has the
warning indicator light to indicate the remaining power reaches the
deadline, reminding the user to purchasing the electricity ASAP.
15. The meter has the high stability and reliability. It is no need
to adjust & regulate when long term operation. The data can be
saved for a long time if the power is cutoff.
