5. Plug and play system: Conventional lighting requires separate power and a wired connection to every lamp, needing the expertise of electricians. This becomes labor-intensive and costly when running many meters of lighting. The LED Strip Lighting plugs into an existing power source using a power supply which then connects to one end of the LED strip. A single power supply will light a 20 meter LED section. To extend beyond 20 meters, just add another power supply at the other end and connect the next section of the LED strip – it's that simple.

6. Maintenance-free, Easy to repair: Damage to lighting through routine underground activities happens. When a conventional lamp is damaged, it results in loss of illumination over many meters – making the affected area a safety hazard until repaired by a qualified electrician. Should a section of the LED strip light be damaged, only this section loses light. The remaining portion of the strip continues to provide illumination – allowing for a safer environment. Additionally, damaged sections can be replaced in other led strips light – making it a quick and cost-effective fix.

1.Flame Retardancy Testing
To ensure that the led light strip is fire retardant and self-extinguishing to the EN 60598-1:2008 standard.

2.Water Ingress Protection Testing
Conducted to ensure that no moisture enters the light strip to the IP68 standard.

3. Corrosion Immersion Testing
All accessories are subject to prolonged in-house corrosion immersion testing to verify the product's durability when exposed to weak Hydrochloric Acid, Alkali, and Sea Water Spray.

4.Restriction of Hazardous Substances Light Strip Testing
For Cadmium, Lead, Mercury, Hexavalent, chromium. Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDEs) to verify compliance with GB and MA Directive.

8. Photometric Testing
All Green Light strip lighting is subject to Photometric Testing in accordance with the Everfine Goniophotometers System Test to verify that the specified amount of luminosity is continuously available from the high-grade LED’s that are used.

9. Lifecycle Testing
All Green Light strip lighting is subject to in-house Lifecycle Testing whereby it is energized 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to monitor and test for any signs of a drop in luminescence, or any other form of deterioration.

10. High and Low-Temperature Testing

All strip lighting is available at the temperature of -40 to 80 degrees, to ensure the different working conditions.
