Some special enviroment: underground coal/gold/metal mines, drilling well, tunnel cove lighting and other

dust, humidity, rain, tremors, compressive environment and under the environment of corrosive gas lighting.

1. Flame Retardancy Testing
To ensure that the led light strip is fire retardant and self-extinguishing to the EN 60598-1:2008 standard.

2. Water Ingress Protection Testing
Conducted to ensure that no moisture enters the light strip to the IP68 standard.

3. Corrosion Immersion Testing
All accessories are subject to prolonged in house corrosion immersion testing to verify the products durability when exposed to weak Hydrochloric Acid, Alkali and Sea Water Spray.

4. Restriction of Hazardous Substances Light Strip Testing
For Cadmium, Lead, Mercury, Hexavalent, chromium. Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE’s) to verify compliance with to verify compliance with GB, and MA Directive.

5. Flexible Lighting Products Testing

6. Weight/Tensile Strength Testing
All Green Light led strip lighting and its connectors are subject to in house prolonged weight/tensile strength testing to ensure that they have the required strength and are suitable for the harsh conditions they will be subjected to.

7. Impact Testing
All Green Lighting strip lighting is subject to in house impact testing to ensure that the product has the required impact strength.

8. Photometric Testing
All Green Light strip lighting is subject to Photometric Testing in accordance with the Everfine Goniophotometers System Test to verify that the specified amount of luminosity is continuously available from the high-grade LED’s that are used.

9. Lifecycle Testing
All Green Light strip lighting is subject to in house Lifecycle Testing whereby it is energised 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to monitor and test for any signs of drop in luminescence, or any other form of deterioration.

10. High and Low Temperature Testing

All strip lighting is available at the temperature -40 to 80 degree, to ensure the different working conditions.
