Product Structure:

Integral rope groove drum: rope drums with grooves cut directly into them (with or without bolted or welded flanges, as required).Winch drum with flange, the LBS groove is cut directly into the body of the drum, according to customers’ requirements, the flanges are either welded or screw-bolted. groove geometry is determined by rope construction, diameter and length, and by application. the drum has the required mounting dimensions for the actual operating conditions.

Product installation

The customer can choose weld type or bolted type.

Grooved type:

We are able to process plain drum,LBS grooved drum and spiral drum. Compared to plain drum and spiral,the LBS grooved drum has some obvious advantages:

1. It suit for spooling multilayers and in the process of spooling,there will not be mess problem.

2. the groove is able be cut directly into body of drum or install a set of sleeves on the drum.

3. Increasing the service life of wire rope .
