Structural composition

Preparation and cutting of steel
Cutting and beveling of materials shall be carried out by thermal cutting or machining.
Thermally cut edges shall be ground to sound metal before welding.
All sharp edges, corners and Curing Zone must be rounded to R=2.5mm.
Stainless steel shall by ground, and then acid treated and cleaned before use.

Welding requirement
No parts shall be let un-welded unless clearly tsated on the drawing ,For efiocient and easy access it is recommended that sharp edges (that are not to be welded)are rounded to minimum R2.5 before assembling parts.

Finishing requirement
To ensure sufficient adhession for surface treatment all sarp edges shall be rounded to minimum R2.5, welding spatter beadsd and slag shall be completely removed ,Damage in surfaces shall be filed and grinded flush, negative thickness measurements are prohibited
