Conveyor Belt Vertical Burning Test Chamber with ISO 340 Standard, 10.5mm Bunsen Burner, and 0°～45° Adjustable Rotation

This tester is suitable for conveyor belts and steel cord conveyor belts with textile bodies, and is also suitable for testing the flammability and flame propagation characteristics of horizontally oriented conveyor belt samples;

For a given period of time, the ends of the horizontally oriented conveyor belt specimens were exposed to flames, and the conveyor belt response to ignition sources was evaluated on a small scale. The duration of removal of the burner flame was measured, and after the flame died, a stream of air passed through the sample to measure the duration of afterglow.

This tester is produced according to the standards and requirements of AS 1334.10 1994 "Determination of Flammability and Flame Propagation Characteristics of Conveyor Belts" and ISO 340-2022 "Conveyor Belts - Laboratory Scale Flammability Characteristics - Requirements and Test Methods".

This test uses the following definitions:

1. Flame duration: after 60s, after the burner under the sample is removed, the sample continues to burn;
2. Afterglow: slow burning without flame;
3. Flame period: the total flame duration of a single group of tests;
4. Afterglow period: the total afterglow time of a single group of tests;
5. Acceptance test: a test in accordance with AS 1334.10 1994 to prove that the sample complies with its technical requirements;
6. Type certification: in accordance with AS 1334.10 1994 in order to comprehensively identify and evaluate product quality;
7. Vertical test: test according to ISO 340-2022.
