Application Of Bicycle Multifunctional Impact Tester
This machine is used to simulate the impact on the frame and fork
when the front wheel leaves the ground, when it is hit or when it
is subjected to vibration.
Test principles
All types of frames according to ISO 4210-6.4.1, GB3565 and
GB17761, etc.
Test method
1. Attach the frame/fork assembly to the dummy rear axle of the
machine
2. Attach a standard roller to the fork, weighing less than or
equal to 1Kg.
3. Adjust the weight of the impact weight to 22.5 kg.
4. Set the impact height 180mm-300mm and the number of impacts on
the touch screen (the device can be set by the user)
5. Equipped with a steel ruler to indicate the height before and
after the impact and to measure the deformation (the number of
tests can be repeated 2 times)
6. After the test is completed, check whether there are cracks in
the assembly and the size of the deformation, and judge whether it
is qualified according to the standard.
