Respiratory Protective Devices Full Facemasks Equipments Tester
Application Full Cover Combustion Resistance Tester is suitable for testing the combustion resistance of self-contained open-circuit compressed air respirator (air respirator) in EN136 standard. The combustion performance of air respirator can be tested by means of 6-point burning or single-point burning flame impact.
Performance Characteristics 1. Equipped with the first metal texture simulation device, it can be used for wearing air respirator device. 2. It is equipped with K-type thermocouple, which is placed at 250mm on the top of the highest burner and can detect the temperature of 950 + 50 degrees. 3. Equipped with 6 TEKLU burners, the height of each burner can be adjusted by itself. 4. The gas flow rate supplied to the burner can be adjusted and controlled by a rotor flowmeter. 5. The pressure regulating device can adjust the pressure supplied to the burner to 10-50KPA. 6. Metal texture simulation head can be rotated, and the rotation speed can be adjusted to meet the standard test requirements. 7. Single-point combustion and six-point combustion can be realized, and can be tested according to different standards.
