Main component configuration
DL660 horizontal directional drilling machine is a horizontal
directional drilling device for one machine. Main machine
There are chassis, power head, drill rack, power station, vice,
cab, car crane, hydraulic system, electricity,Gas system and other
components.
1 ,Chassis
The chassis mainly consists of main frame and left and right
walking device. The rear end of the frame is provided with a
hydraulic support leg.
The reducer is selected from Dongming Doosan or South Korea's first
hydraulic planetary reducer (including motors).
The output torque is large and the structure is compact. The use of
wire walking, transition loading and machine adjustment, convenient
and safe.
2,Power station device
The system consists of a diesel engine, a hydraulic pump, an
overflow valve, a hydraulic oil tank, a diesel tank and a valve
block
Assembly, accumulator assembly and so on.
The power station is powered by a diesel engine and hydraulic pumps
are provided for the hydraulic system. High pressure oil is
the core part of the rig.
Dongfeng Cummins engine is used, the total power is 194kW.
3, power head
The power head rotation is driven by a motor and a speed reducer.
It has high and low two bit drilling speed and stepless regulation
work. it can adapt to different working conditions.
