Product details:
1)The Blade is made of stainless steel, formed by dynamic and
static balance refining.
2)Cap is double sealing, start by pneumatic, easy operation.
3)Cylinder is made of stainless steel, wall thickness up to 8 mm.
4)Discharge is in temperature auto control or time control.
5)Motor start and speed regulation is governed by the ABB inverter,
to avert the excessive power that caused by high power motor start
to impact on the electric network, so as to protect the electric
network and to achieve a smooth speed control.
6)With direct & stable control type and analog display screen
display, the staff can complete the set work for the different
mixing material requirements within a few seconds, realizing the
full automation of the manufacturing procedure, which greatly
reduce labor intensity and production costs.
7)Direct & stable control type of the production line ends up
the unsuitable discharge that the temperature is too high or too
low, so as to ensure the good product quality and improve the
