16-110mm Plastic PVC Double Pipe Making Machine PVC Plastic pipe making machine is designed for production of
agricultural water supply & discharge systems, architectural
water supply & discharge systems, wire laying systems, and
related applications. Complete Production Line Configuration The unit consists of a conical (parallel) double screw extruder,
PVC pipe mold, vacuum forming tank, haul-off machine, cutting
machine, and stacker/belling machine. The line can be equipped with
comptroller thickening instruments or computer ink-jet printers for

Production Process Details Raw Material Feeding: PVC resin, stabilizers, plasticizers, and additives are pre-mixed
and fed into the extruder hopper. Twin Screw Extruder Machine: The twin-screw extruder conveys, compresses, and melts the PVC
mixture under controlled heating zones. Vacuum Calibration & Cooling: The vacuum calibration tank features two-chamber structure with
vacuum calibration and cooling parts. Both vacuum tank and spraying
cooling tank utilize stainless 304 steel. The excellent vacuum
system ensures precise pipe sizing. Haul-off Unit: Three crawler tracks ensure stable and steady pipe running.
Haul-off units provide tailored hauling models based on production
requirements through general control adjustments. Cutting Unit: High-accuracy encoder ensures precise and stable cutting length.
PLC control system enables manual operation cutting according to
