Key Features of PVC Pipe Extrusion Machine
- Conical Twin-Screw Extruder: Equipped with forced fixed-quantity material feeding system,
automatic temperature control, vacuum exhaust system, and automatic
speed control. Ensures precise material temperature control,
plasticization stability, and high production speed. Main motor
options include direct converter or frequency converter.
- PVC Extruding Molds: Constructed from high-quality 40Cr material with polished and
chrome-plated surfaces. Features multiple head spiral structure for
low melt pressure and maintains low temperature even during
high-quantity extrusion.
- Vacuum Calibrating Water Tank: Made from high-hardness stainless steel board with high-pressure
and corrosion resistance. Two-stage design for large diameter
pipes. Features electric water temperature control, ABS engineering
plastic nozzles, and three-dimensional adjustable frame with
cycloid reducer drive.
- Water Spray Cooling Tank: Stainless steel body with transparent soft PVC curtain. Includes
stainless steel float for water level adjustment, electric water
temperature control, and ABS engineering plastic nozzles.
- Haul-off Machine: Utilizes frequency conversion approach with chain-driven traction
frames for synchronized movement. Features pneumatic flexibility
clamping system.
- Cutting Machine: Planetary cutting system for large diameters with rotation and
revolution cutting mechanisms. Includes angle cutting structure,
pneumatic aluminum half clamping, and cleaning device.
- Control System: Available with PLC intelligent controlling system or ordinary
control system using electrical parts and Omron temperature
controllers. Simple operation interface.
