37AC 50-400mm PVC Pipe Manufacturing Machine

Complete PVC pipe manufacturing factory solution for producing pipes ranging from 50mm to 400mm in diameter.

The manufacturing process begins with raw material preparation. Customers can mix PVC powder with additives themselves. The mixture is fed into the extruder where it is plasticized and extruded into the mould. The material takes shape in the mould and emerges with pipe form. The hot, soft pipe is then calibrated and cooled in the vacuum calibration tank using a vacuum sleeve. Further cooling occurs in the cooling tank. The haul off unit extracts the pipe from the extruder, and according to predefined lengths, the pipe is cut and packaged for transport.

Designed for processing sensitive PVC compounds, our conical twin screw extruders handle materials gently to prevent shearing and overheating. Capable of processing PVC compounds, PVC-wood composites, and PP/PE-wood powder mixtures.

Our specially designed moulds provide ideal material viscosity for optimal pipe shaping and energy efficiency. All material-contact surfaces are polished to minimize extrusion friction and ensure smooth operation.

Stainless steel vacuum calibration tanks define pipe shape and surface quality. Adjustable vacuum pressure and high-performance cooling nozzles ensure precise dimensional control. Sealed gaskets prevent vacuum leakage, minimizing energy consumption.

Available in crawler track and belt designs for pipes from 16mm to 800mm diameter. Speed synchronization with extrusion ensures uniform wall thickness. Belt units provide vibration-free operation for small pipes, while crawler tracks handle larger diameters with foam PU-coated claws to prevent slipping.

High-performance cutting systems with quality encoders ensure consistent pipe lengths. Available as saw cutter or planetary saw cutter depending on pipe diameter requirements.
