Product Feature

1. The inner and outer walls of the pipe fittings are smooth and the friction coefficient is small.

Reduce the resistance of wires and cables in pipelines.

2. High compression resistance

Can withstand the pressure above 750N, so can be installed in the open or dark in the concrete, without compression damage (note: dark in the concrete please choose heavy pipe).

3. Good impact resistance and heat resistance

During concrete pouring, the casing will not break under normal tamping impact, and will not be soft under condensation heat during construction.

4. Moisture resistance, acid and alkali resistance

PVC casing has excellent moisture-proof, acid-base resistance and will not rust. All joints are bonded by PVC adhesive according to regulations, which can be waterproof and infiltrate into the pipe and achieve better moisture-proof effect.Therefore, it is more suitable for use in corrosive environment.

5. Flame retardant:

PVC plastic sleeve self-extinguishing from the fire (leaving the flame will be self-extinguishing within 30 seconds), the flame will not spread along the pipe.

6, insulation

Casing has excellent insulation performance, AC2000V, 50Hz will not break down under water condition.In terms of preventing accidental electric shock, the international trend is that insulation is better than grounding, and the PVC sleeve of our factory meets this requirement.

7, resistance insect

Due to the addition of special additives in PVC casing, it will not emit odor and attract insects and rats to bite and destroy.

8. Convenient construction

The catheter under OD32mm can be conveniently cut off with a pipe cutter, and the corresponding special spring is inserted into the catheter, which can be manually bent to the required Angle at normal temperature. PVC adhesive can be used to quickly and conveniently connect the casing into the pipe of the required shape for construction.
