The Composite Mixer – Wood – Plastic is ideal appliance for the production of Wood –Plastic Components typically uses a fine wood wasted (cellulose based fiber filers, such as hardwood, softwood, plywood, peanut hulls, bamboo, straw, etc.) mixed with plastic. Existing vacuum system to extract the moisture from wood fibers. The moisture content of approx. 16% can be reduced to less than 1% with vacuum system.

• Including all of additives and raw material density, which will be mixed, are calculated as 0.5kg/lt and mixture temperature 120 degrees centigrade. Depend of the auxiliary raw material, the loading system can be different.
• Changeable quantity is the event of the plant temperature conditions.
