Application:

This PE pipe production line can be used in HDPE Large Diameter Gas and Water Pipe which have excellent stiffness and flexibility, heat resistance, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, resistance of environmental stress cracks, resistance to creep deformation, heat-linkage, and so on. So, this pipe production line is a preferred gas and water pipe for ductwork system between city and its suburb, Large diameter HDPE pipes start to play very important role in the city water and gas supply systems.

Main characteristic:

1. The main extruder adopts PE high-efficiency screw, notched feeding cylinder and is equipped with strong water jacket cooler, which greatly improves its transmission capacity and guarantees high-efficiency extrusion.

2. The basket composite machine head adapted for PE processing not only guarantees extrusion stability at high speed, but also realizes minimum stress and highest pipe quality in low temperature.

3. The high-efficiency double-cavity vacuum sizing technology and spray cooling tank improves the rate of finished product and meets the need of high-speed production.

4. Adopt multi-pedrail tractor to drive all pedrials through central motor to get synchronous height and guarantees pipe’s roundness.

5. The high-speed, precise designed cutting machine is low in noise. And it is also equipped with strong scrap attracting device to reduce the work of maintenance to the lowest degree.

• Stainless steel tank & Motor-driven longitudinal movement

We provide vacuum tanks for the calibration and cooling process of plastic pipes covering diameters from 16 to 800 mm. All of our tanks are built from stainless steel which guarantees a total absence of corrosion. Motorized longitudinal movement lets precise and fast positioning during the process.

Cooling tanks are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel. Seals at inlet and outlet of tanks have been developed as brush seal instead of rubber seals This development let to change diameter more quickly. The pipe support in tanks is roller type supports.

LANGBO presents fully automatic pipe coilers for three different dimensions as 16mm-32mm , 20mm-63mm, and 50mm-125mm. As an option, we can add Pipe Diversion Unit to our torque-controlled coilers if required.
As the coiling finished, with the help of the mechanism which allows to co¬nnect the egde of the pipet to the rill, the connection to the rill has became easier.
