4. Barrel temperature control though two section, the cast aluminum ring heater provide the hot temperature while the cooling fan with the help of air control the temperature zone;

5. The reduction box adopt the Germany technical which have long life span, low noise and lower hot.

Features and application

SJ series single screw extruder is mainly used in extruding soft and hard thermoplastics, such as polyviyl chloride (PVC),polyethylene and others.

SJ series single screw extruder is used with relevant auxiliary machine (including shaping machine head) to produce several kinds of plastic products, for example: film, pipe, rod, plate, thread, cable insulating layer, hollow product. It is also used for prilling.
