Mechanical polishing relies on the grinding and rolling action of very small polishing powder to remove extremely thin metal on the surface of the sample. Polishing is often used to enhance the appearance of products, prevent contamination of instruments, remove oxidation, create a reflective surface, or prevent corrosion. In metallurgy, polishing is used to form flat, defect free surfaces for microscopic examination of metals. Silicon based polishing pad or diamond solution can be used in polishing process.
3.usage: The aluminum mirror polishing liquid is developed on the basis of the three acid polishing, and is the replacement product of the three acid polishing. It has the advantages of simple process and can form a reflective mirror and other three acid polishing advantages. At the same time, it also overcomes the fatal weakness of flow mark and yellow smoke. It is a rare technical breakthrough. The characteristics are as follows:
1. The dripping can be dripped by any dripping. As the time of the tri acid polishing bath is allowed to drop more than 30 seconds, a large number of polished fluids (400 - 600kg/T) are brought into the slots, causing huge loss of slots and 700-800 kilograms of alkali treated waste water. In addition, such a short drop time has a flow mark on the surface of the aluminum alloy, causing waste to make tri acid to be polished. The product rate is less than 70%. This product is added with corrosion inhibitor to solve the problem of flow mark thoroughly. After the aluminum alloy leaves the polishing liquid, the protective film formed by the corrosion inhibitor makes the aluminum alloy and the medicinal liquid successfully isolated, and can flow freely and no flow marks. Therefore, the consumption of the drugs is greatly reduced (about 150-200kg/ tons), and the rate of finished products is greatly improved.
2, no yellow smoke overflow, the decomposition of nitric acid is effectively suppressed, polishing brightness is stable. A large number of yellow smoke spills and seriously pollutes the environment is another major obstacle to the popularization of tri acid polishing. The amount of yellow smoke is too large, the treatment is difficult and the cost is high. The decomposition of nitric acid is too fast, and its concentration fluctuates too much, which makes the surface of aluminum alloy alternating bright and dark, and the yield is too low. The addition of inhibitors can effectively control the decomposition rate of nitric acid, the surface brightness of aluminum alloy is stable, and the yield of products is greatly improved.
3, remove the polishing ash automatically and improve the quality of polishing. After polishing the aluminum alloy, the surface usually has a layer of polishing ash, which is difficult to remove by ordinary method. Even after 20-30 minutes anodic oxidation, it can still be attached to the surface of the aluminum alloy, affecting the polishing quality. This product can also automatically remove ash while polishing. The aluminum alloy is clean after leaving the polishing tank, ensuring the polishing quality.
4. Special method of concentrating bath reduces water content and improves brightness greatly. The brightness of the polishing material is inversely proportional to the water content of the polishing fluid, and the higher the water content, the lower the brightness. The water content of the tricarboxylic acid polishing fluid is more than 10%. To reduce its water content is an effective way to improve its polishing ability. Our hospital uses a special concentration method to reduce the water content of the polishing solution to less than 5%, and the brightness is 120% above that of ordinary tri acid.
