Combined seals are usually composed of two parts: a ring and a PTFE slip ring. These two components can be installed in only three steps. The installation tools you need are flexible bushings, positioning cones, calibration tools, auxiliary pressure plates and ring introduction tools (only for ring)

... Install the ring

Fix the cavity on the auxiliary pressure plate ,For piston rod seals, different sealing materials require different installation tools.Place the tapered village set on the cavity
Press the ring into the elastic rubber guide tool
1. Elastic rubber piston rod seal
Insert the ring into the groove and squeeze it out of the rubber guide tool,A folder is the all-round assistant during the installation process. They will help you install large or small seals quickly and safely in the enclosed cavity, so you will not delay your work later.Use the guide tool to press the remaining part of the ring into the groove
The following is what you need.

.... Install PTFE slip ring

Fix the cavity on the auxiliary pressure plate Open the clamp handle to the full width and pick up the seal with three jaws (make sure you are installing the seal in the correct way),Place the positioning cone on the cavity.Close the clamp handle as far as possible. The seal will become kidney-shaped. Put the seal in the groove correctly.Remove the protective sleeve from the expandable sleeve, then put the PTFE slip ring on the expandable sleeve and insert it into the groove
Smoothly push the expandable shaft sleeve into the positioning cone sleeve
Let go of the handle and remove the clamp. Usually the seal will snap into place by itself in the groove. If necessary, you can move the seal into place with your fingers.Pull the adjustable shaft sleeve out of the positioning cone sleeve,Remove the cavity from t
