Open your liftgate with a kick

The available hands-free power liftgate with logo projection and programmable height lets you open and close your liftgate with a simple kicking motion below the bumper. If equipped, an illuminated logo projection will appear on the ground to show you where to kick.

Alternatively, you can operate your liftgate or trunk using the buttons on your fob.

The working principle of the strut:

When the motor is not working, the resistance of the screw rod, the resistance of the motor gear box, the spring force and the gravity of the door form a balance torque to keep the door hovering at any position.

When the motor is working, the motor torque breaks the balance. According to the motor torque direction, the strut performs telescopic movement to drive the door to open and close.
