What is PVD coating? PVD coating, or Physical Vapor Deposition coating, defines a variety of vacuum coating methods. These coating techniques are used to apply an extremely thin film to objects that require protective barriers, decorative colors, or various other functional benefits. It is a typeof vavuum deposition process where a material is vaporized in a vacuum chamber, transported atom by atom across the chamber to the substrate, and condensed into a film at the substrate’s surface
Summary: Chrome plating as a stable, excellent shiny decoration, corrosion prevention and abrasion wearing film surface treatment, in the last decades, it extensively be used for many industries. However, the hexavalent Chrome (Cr6+) electroplating damaged health of operators and ruined our environment. So, trivalent Chrome (Cr3+) was used to taken place of the (Cr6+) plating. With the higher requirement of quality and lower production cost demands by manufactures, now, an alternative solutions to replace expensive cost of (Cr3+) electroplating, the most important is without negative health impact and environmentally hazard effluence has been required.

The PVD plating process is between base and top lacquer thermal heating painting process. We can get high quality of Chrome color, stainless steel color and gold colors.
Except the high finishing surface, abrasion wearing and anti-corrosion properties, the hardness also can achieve up to 4H.
