The evaporation coating unit contains tungsten boat, tungsten filament, Mo crucibles evaporating sources, which can evaporate and deposit the materials like: Aluminum, Chrome, Ni-Cr wires, Silver, Gold, Copper, In, Sn most metals which have lower melting point than the evaporation sources.
