plants. Equipment Overview The drop hammer impact testing machine features a dual-tube
structure with complete assembly comprising working table,
secondary impact prevention mechanism, hammer body, lifting
mechanism, automatic drop hammer mechanism, motor, reducer,
electric control box, frame and auxiliary components. Key Features
Structure and Working Principle The testing machine integrates multiple core components including
workbench, preventing secondary impact mechanism, supporting tube,
catheter, hammer body, V type body, automatic drop hammer
mechanism, reducer, electric control box and stand. Working Principle: A dedicated hammer body fixture elevates the
hammer body to preset testing height. After activating the drop
switch, the hammer body falls freely to strike test specimens.
Impact energy is calculated based on hammer body weight and drop
height. The photoelectric signal controlled preventing secondary
impact mechanism clamps rebounding hammer bodies to avoid secondary
