Brief introduction:

This machine is independently developed by our company, integrating modern machine, electricity and liquid as a high-tech universal automatic pressure testing machine. This machine adopts imported oil pump, fast response, high control accuracy, the loading speed of the user, the load sensor to fully ensure the accuracy and reliability of test accuracy; the imported low noise high pressure oil pump, can make the workplace has a quiet environment. The hydraulic system uses a large fuel tank, suitable for a long time, continuous operation. This series of test machine is suitable for compressive strength test of cement, concrete and rock, with special fixture and measuring device can meet the concrete split pull test, folding test, static elastic modulus test; also can apply to metal compression and top forging test; can expand multiple displacement (or deformation) measuring channels according to user requirements.

Hydraulic pressure system:

The hydraulic oil in the oil tank drives the high pressure pump into the oil circuit through the motor, and flows through the check valve, high pressure oil filter, differential pressure valve set and servo valve, and enters the oil cylinder. The computer sends a control signal to the servo valve to control the opening and direction of the servo valve, so as to control the flow into the cylinder and realize the control of constant speed test force.

Dynamometric system:

Using high precision amplifier and A / D converter, the whole process is not graded, real-time display load, peak, loading speed and strength;

The PID closed-loop control strategy is used to realize the constant speed loading and display the loading curve in real time

Automatic interval timing and continuous test;

Query and printing test results are flexible and convenient.
