Pipe Drop Hammer Plastic Impact Testing Equipment
Usage: It is used to determine the resistance to external blows of
thermoplastics pipes of circular cross-section. Test pieces are
subject to blow from a falling striker, of specified mass and
shape, dropped from a known height onto specified position around
the circumference of the test piece. The true impact rate of the
batch, or production run from an extruder, is estimated.

Single chip microcomputer control, with the functions of automatic hammer grasping, automatic hammer lifting, automatic height alignment and real-time height display, the whole test process is fully automatic control; 3. Automatic zero line adjustment of sample; 4. It has a secondary impact prevention device to make the test results more accurate; 5. Automatic protection and automatic prompt improve the safety and reliability of the test; 6. The lower space can be electrically adjusted to improve the accuracy of sample positioning, effectively reduce the labor intensity of operators and improve labor efficiency.

preventing secondary impact mechanism, supporting tube, catheter,
hammer body, V type body and automatic drop hammer mechanism,
reducer, electric control box and stand. Executive standard: It conforms to ISO3127, BS EN1411, BS EN744, ZB N72 026, GB/T14152, 14153, 100021, 13664, 58361, 18847, 16800, 8814 and GB/T 6112, ABN72026, ISO 4422, ASTM D2444.
