Ⅰ. Summary: Hydraulic pipe of PP, PE, PVC pressure testing machine is designed and manufactured according to GB/T6111 -2003 Thermoplastics pipes for the conveyance of fluids ----Resistance to internal pressure----Test method and GB/T15560-1995 Standard test method for short-time hydraulic failure and resistance to constant internal pressure of the plastics pipes for the transport of fluids. It is suitable to determine the pressure-resisting broken time or the maximum pressure value of instantaneous blast of thermoplastic pipes and compound pipes (such as PP-R ,PP-B ,PP-A ,PE ,PE-X ,PVC ,PVC-U and PVC-C ) under long-term constant internal pressure and temperature .It is indispensable for manufacturers of plastic pipes and testing institutions.
Ⅱ. Feature: Main Frame: Operating terminal with touch screen or PC for test parameter settings. All metal components that come into contact with the medium are made of high-quality stainless steel. Operator-friendly display interface provides multi languages to suit the most varied customer requirements. Multistage protections are from electric partt, mechanical part as
well as software. Reliable data exchange via TCP/IP protocol. Pressure Station: Its main function is to provide pressure to the main frame, the requirement of lower limit pressure of pressure station requirement must be higher than all tested specimen. The plunger pump of the station is made in the United States (large flow, low noise, high pressure, free maintenance). Water Tank: It is a constant-temperature tank working with the hydrostatic pressure testing machine. Control the temperature, and also can be used for other aspects. Temperature Control System: Accurately control the temperature of the water tank, temperature display, set temperature individually. It can control the liquid level of tank at a reasonable position, at the same time it can also guarantee the temperature. Main frame PC control unit: It adopts MODBUS communication protacol to the computer, which the mainstream industrial control communication protocol to ensure high reliability of data transmission and other general-purpose inteligent instrumentation compatibility.
