Scope of application

Suitable for evaluating the horizontal combustion performance of small foam samples with ISO 845:1985 density less than 250 kg/m3 under small flame under laboratory conditions.

Used to determination and classification method for HF-1,HF-2 vertical combustion and HBF horizontal combustion.

Product features

1. Single chip microcomputer control, read automatic timing, test related time automatic display.

2. Horizontal sample clip 90° retractable textile sample clip (optional)；

3. Bunsen burner can automatic ignition, ignition time can be set arbitrarily, burner controllable movement automation

4. Adopt U.S. Dwyer float meter ,100 ml maximum range.

5. Equipped with thermocouple support to measure burner temperature, provide 900℃ test temperature；

6. Gas source: industrial methane gas, concentration is not less than 98, calorific value is (37±1)MJ/m³, need to bring regulators and pressure gauges to ensure uniform airflow. Other calorific values are (37±1)MJ/m³ mixed gas source or calorific value is 94±2)MJ/m³ propane gas can also produce similar results. In case of dispute, industrial methane gas should be selected.Note: User-owned air source and connection head.
