A. Features of main frame

Double-tube circuit structure

Because the structure of the traditional pipe hydrostatic testing machine is transmitted to the sample by pressure acquisition, the other end is connected with the pressure relief valve, and There is a pressure difference between the specimen and the sensor because there is no reflux. In order to solve the problem, our pressure control system are connected with the sample by double-tube.

Integrated modular assembly

Each module is 5 or 6 stations, each independent station does not interfere with each other, can be set separately in the range of 0.2 MPa~ full load range, one test rupture does not affect the normal test of other roads.

B. Features of constant-temperature tank

Constant-temperature tank is composed of the tank body, imported circulation pump, heating unit and temperature keeping system.
