Function & Applications

Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine for PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PVC, PE, PE-X Pipes is designed according to ISO 1167, ASTM D-1598. It's mainly used to test the plastic pipeline, compound pipeline, such as PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PVC, PE, PE-X etc. Under a stipulated constant hydrostatic pressure force, keeping provision time; Or inside the pipe, apply a constant and rapid hydraulic pressure to make the specimen broken in a short period time, check the max. Pressure force, then calculate the ring stress. This tester is necessary equipment for plastic pipe manufacturer.

B. Features of constant-temperature tank

Constant-temperature tank is composed of the tank body, imported circulation pump, heating unit and temperature keeping system.

1. The body is composed of structural frame, bottom, 304# stainless steel internal bladder, and stainless steel or aluminum alloy outer covering.

2. Thick heat insulation of rigid polyurethane foam ensures the constant temperature and energy saving performance.

3. The cover of the constant temperature tank can be equipped with automatic lifting and closing device, which is reliable and convenient.

1. Material: 304#Stainless steel or Carbon steel 

2. Adopting precision casting, beautiful appearance.
