Description 

High speed rigid stranding machine is mainly used for non-back-twist stranding and compacting of round copper conductor and sector aluminum conductor; and also can be used for non-back-twist stranding of large section, long length copper-cored aluminum wires and aluminum alloy conductors.

Feature

1 High speed rigid stranding machine Each stranding cage is driven by separate AC motor and gearbox, which can rotate at right or left. Gearbox has 2steps (high and low).

2 P/O tension of single wire is inspected electrically and controlled pneumatically. It can be adjusted by pneumatic proportion valve imported fromJapan, insuring the wire tension to be equal through reel full to empty.

3 It can estimate the breakage signal of any bobbin in each stranding cage accurately by using the digital quantity scanning, and the breakage position can be shown on the touching screen.
